Ham and Broccoli Quiche
1 package (15 ounces) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts
Filling:
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup broccoli florets
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat oven to 375 °F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust
filled pie using 9-inch glass pie pan. (Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.)
Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in crust. In a medium bowl, combine remaining
ingredients, beat well. Pour over broccoli.
Bake at 375 °F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
